Confirmation & reservation
If the experience is a good fit, we’ll walk through every detail, from pricing and inclusions to rooming options and schedule, and guide you through the reservation. At this stage we’ll confirm your spot, share payment timelines, and give you access to important pre-departure planning resources.

Preparation & personal support
Once you’re confirmed, you’ll receive curated pre-departure materials: recommended packing lists, cultural insights, health and safety guidance, and key logistics. Right up to departure, Luv World Travel is available to answer questions, help with optional add-ons, and make sure you feel supported every step of the way.
